New Order - Discography 1981-2013 [FLAC]

Rising from the ashes of the legendary British post-punk unit Joy Division, the enigmatic New Order triumphed over tragedy to emerge as one of the most influential and acclaimed bands of the 1980s; embracing the electronic textures and disco rhythms of the underground club culture many years in advance of its contemporaries, the group's pioneering fusion of new wave aesthetics and dance music successfully bridged the gap between the two worlds, creating a distinctively thoughtful and oblique brand of synth pop appealing equally to the mind, body, and soul.

Thank you SO much!! Been waiting for a first rate FLAC discography for these guys. Awesome work!
Beautiful quality, I love you.
Careful all. This collection is a mixed bag at best. WAV Spectrogram Analysis shows a number of these tracks to be 'up-converted' lossys. They aren't really lossless. E.g. - 'Thieves like us' from the Collector's edition 'Power Corruption & Lies' flatlines above 16kHz (a sure sign of previous mp3 conversion). I realise the Audiochecker log identifies it as CDDA but that only confirms it was in CD format most recently. It was undoubtedly previously rendered in CDDA from an mpeg source and is NOT an original commercial CD... The Audiochecker log itself indicates a couple of the tracks at least on 'Movement' are from an mpeg source and WAV spectrogram analysis also confirms this. There are many tracks on here where the spectrogram looks good but given the foregoing it might be pot luck. I guess use the bandwidth at your own risk - it is a big file if all you're getting are mpegs.
Doing more investigating. Finding numerous tracks in here with sharp cut-offs above 16kHz. This is not a LOSSLESS torrent. Do not be fooled. Many of these tracks started life as MP3s and have just been converted to FLAC. Check 'Angel Dust' on a Spectrogram if you have doubts. Yet again proves Audiochecker is worthless at actually determining lossy v lossless origins of files.

Thank You!
